Membership and participation
Membership access begins only after application approval. Account access is personal and should not be shared. Eladation may suspend access where necessary to protect the community or platform.
Registration and capacity
Online availability excludes places deliberately reserved for walk-ins. A paid registration holds a place only for the period stated on the event registration page. If payment is not confirmed in time, the hold may expire and the oldest eligible waitlist member may be promoted.
Tickets and check-in
No valid QR ticket is issued before a required payment is confirmed. Tickets are event-specific, revocable and valid for one check-in. Repeated scans show that attendance has already been recorded.
Cancellations and event changes
Final cancellation, transfer and refund terms should be stated on each event. Releasing a registration does not automatically issue a refund. Eladation may change or cancel an experience when safety or operational circumstances require it.
Photography and community care
Photography notices and consent choices are communicated for each experience. Participants are expected to treat one another with dignity and respect.
