What we collect
We collect the account, membership and event information needed to review applications, coordinate experiences, confirm payments, issue tickets and improve programming. Optional profile fields are used only for the purposes described when they are collected.
How information is used
Application information supports membership review. Registration and payment references support event operations. Attendance determines eligibility for post-event feedback and testimonials. Private feedback is kept separate from public testimonial content.
Your choices
You control whether your profile appears in the private member directory and whether other approved members may request a connection. Contact information remains private until you accept. Public testimonials require explicit display consent, and photography preferences are recorded for each event.
Access and requests
Signed-in members can download a portable account summary and submit access, correction, restriction, deactivation or appropriate deletion requests from the Privacy & my data page. Each request has a visible status and response history.
Retention and security
Access is limited by role. Administrative actions affecting applications, payments, tickets, attendance and privacy requests are logged. Operational records may be retained where needed for financial, safety or audit purposes.
